Victor Osimhen may be staying in Istanbul longer than expected, as Galatasaray look to secure the Nigerian star’s services permanently with what could become the biggest transfer in the club’s history.
Following a failed switch to Chelsea, Osimhen landed at Galatasaray on loan from Napoli.
Since then, the prolific forward has taken the Turkish league by storm, finding the net 28 times in 32 matches and emerging as a central figure in the club’s title defence campaign.
Buoyed by his impact, Galatasaray’s top officials are ready to act. Reports from Spain’s AS and Turkey’s Cumhuriyet suggest the club is preparing a €70 million offer to Napoli.
Additionally, they’re offering Osimhen a lucrative three-year contract worth €15 million per season, excluding bonuses tied to his performance.
However, the Istanbul giants are not alone in the race. Multiple elite clubs—including Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea—are also keeping tabs on the 25-year-old, while offers from the Middle East could further intensify the battle for his signature.
