Kara Alexander, 47, has received a life sentence after being found guilty of murdering her sons, Marley and Elijah, by drowning them in the bathtub of their East London home.
The crime took place in December 2022, and the verdict was delivered at Kingston Crown Court on Friday.
Alexander will serve a minimum of 21 years and 252 days.
The court heard she had been consuming a highly potent form of cannabis, known as skunk, which led to a severe psychotic breakdown.
Judge Mr Justice Bennathan stressed the link between the drug and its impact on mental health, calling the case a cautionary tale.
