Victor Osimhen is at the centre of a transfer tussle as Juventus, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester United, and clubs from Saudi Arabia prepare bids for the prolific Nigerian forward.
Osimhen has been a standout performer on loan at Galatasaray this season, scoring 28 goals and contributing five assists in 32 games.
Although he is due to return to Napoli at the end of the campaign, multiple reports indicate that a permanent exit is imminent.
Juventus are keen to land the 26-year-old and have reportedly made him a top target for the summer.
However, they face stiff competition, particularly from Premier League clubs. According to TEAMtalk, Juventus will need to outbid English sides and fend off interest from the Saudi Pro League to land their man.
Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna recently travelled to London, with Il Mattino claiming he held discussions with both Chelsea and Manchester United regarding Osimhen’s availability.
Chelsea, who failed to land Osimhen in January, are expected to return with another offer as they seek a reliable striker.
Manchester United are also in the mix but may need to offload players to meet financial requirements.
Although Juventus are pushing hard, Napoli would reportedly prefer not to sell Osimhen to another Serie A club, making a foreign move more likely.
The striker’s €75 million release clause will be central to any deal finalized this summer.
