Fani-Kayode ministers in Abuja, shares testimonies, encourages forgiveness

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, delivered a sermon at Faith Hill Prophetic Assembly in Abuja during a thanksgiving service, where he also prayed for church members and reflected on personal and biblical experiences.

In a video shared on his official X.com account, Fani-Kayode was seen ministering to the congregation, laying hands on individuals as he offered prayers following his message.

He thanked Archbishop Emmanuel Jatau, the leader of the church, for the opportunity to speak.

“It was a true privilege to be welcomed so warmly and to share my testimony with the wonderful people at Faith Hill Prophetic Assembly,” he wrote.

In his sermon, Fani-Kayode emphasized the need for forgiveness and encouraged the audience to view their struggles as stepping stones to greater purpose.

He explained that those who oppose us may unknowingly be helping us move closer to destiny.

“Sometimes, those who try to harm you are tools in the hands of God,” he said.

“Without Judas, Jesus wouldn’t have fulfilled His mission. Without Pharaoh’s defiance, Moses may not have led Israel. Saul’s envy pushed David to greatness.”

He continued by referencing more biblical figures: “Joseph’s leadership journey began with betrayal. Samson’s final victory followed his fall. Even Lucifer’s rebellion was part of God’s revelation of His power.”

Fani-Kayode encouraged the congregation to embrace their trials.

“Before there’s a testimony, there must be a test. Don’t mock anyone going through a storm—it might be the beginning of their breakthrough. Every mountaintop experience starts from a low place.”

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Fani-Kayode is among the names being screened for potential diplomatic appointments by the Federal Government.
