Senator Ifeanyi Ubah slumps, dies in London hotel

Nigerian politician and businessman Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has passed away at the age of 52.

Mr. Ubah reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest and died in London yesterday, according to family sources who spoke to Peoples Gazette.

Family members, including Mr. Ubah’s wife, have begun mourning following news that he passed away in a hotel in the UK’s capital. The Gazette confirmed this shortly after Sahara Reporters first broke the news on Saturday morning.

Mr. Ubah was the CEO of the downstream oil marketing company Capital Oil and served as a member of the Nigerian Senate until his death.
