Osimhen’s future uncertain as transfer speculation grows

Turkish football analyst Cem Dizdar has advised Galatasaray to prepare an alternative plan regarding Victor Osimhen’s future, as speculation continues over a potential transfer for the Nigerian striker.

Dizdar voiced concerns that Osimhen’s agent may not be fully transparent with the club about the player’s next move, particularly with the summer transfer window approaching.

Osimhen joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli last September, following a failed last-minute transfer to Chelsea and interest from Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia.

His impressive form, scoring 26 goals in 30 matches across all competitions, has reignited speculation, with clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly interested in signing him.

Dizdar, as reported by habersarikirmizi, commented, “When a manager starts talking too much, it usually means there’s something else going on. Osimhen’s representative is hiding information that will soon come to light.”

He emphasized Osimhen’s impact at Galatasaray but warned that the club must be prepared for his potential departure.

“Osimhen fits well in big clubs like Galatasaray, but they must always have a backup plan. No one expected him to replace Mauro Icardi, but Galatasaray made that decision. Now, they need to start considering alternatives.”

With growing transfer interest, Galatasaray could face a tough battle to retain Osimhen beyond this season.
